Vice President

Jose serves as Vice President of Coastline Resources, overseeing the company’s operations and helping guide the team in delivering reliable staffing solutions to clients across the country.
With many years of experience in sales, customer service, and business operations, Jose brings a strong understanding of what it takes to build successful, long-term business relationships. He is a firm believer that exceptional customer service is at the heart of any successful company and places a strong emphasis on understanding each client’s needs, responding to challenges, and delivering solutions that work.
In his role, Jose works closely with the Coastline team to support day-to-day operations, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the company continues to provide dependable service to both clients and employees. His hands-on leadership style and extensive experience allow him to approach business challenges with a practical, relationship-focused mindset.

Regional Director

Ricki Zamora brings more than 30 years of experience in staffing, workforce operations, and business development. As Director of Regional Accounts at Coastline Resources, she leads regional workforce operations and strategic accounts across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Georgia. Her work includes recruiting, business development, client partnerships, workforce planning, and branch performance, with a focus on creating customized staffing solutions that improve productivity, retention, and operational efficiency.
With a thoughtful, hands-on approach, she enjoys building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and connecting businesses with qualified, dependable talent. She is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and providing workforce solutions that support lasting success across logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and administrative operations.
